We’re a People and Culture Company proudly called Jessie Grace.

Jessie Grace is the Founders’ paternal grandmother. She had 10 children (5 boys and 5 girls) that certainly qualified her to live life with a brave heart!

She lived from the land on a farm where her adventurous spirit would drive her innovation to overcome complexities of sustainability. She sadly passed away a couple of years ago just short of a century with over 130 descendents. We are a very BIG family.

However, Jessie Grace’s precious connection with everyone never let the numbers get in the way. She had a memory and passion for people like no other! Jessie Grace’s mindful gratitude created a feeling of being truly valued. She never missed a birthday, she knew about your career, what you loved to do on the weekends, what made you sad and importantly what made you HAPPY and everything in between.

When you spoke with Jessie Grace, she made you feel like you were the only one in the room but the room was actually filled with family (more than 100 at most of gatherings). When she asked you a question she listened intently.

Jessie Grace was always evolving empathetically and built a reputation to match; caring passionately and wholeheartedly! Our goal is to sprinkle that happiness and authenticity throughout every workplace we partner with!

Founder & Principal

Brooke is the founder of Jessie Grace. She is highly energetic with a unique ability to inspire people. Her leadership style is easily adapted to all levels of an organisation.

Brooke has an international leadership and culture career spanning over two decades. This is based on a broad and diversified workplace platform. Her vast experience in diverse industries has seen her continue throughout her career to successfully achieve great organisational outcomes in complex industrial relations cases and major operational transformation.

Brooke has a dynamic approach in building strong connections to influence business change. She does this by connecting people to the organisational values, role purpose and business direction.

Brooke is at her best when she gains insight into team dynamics and business strategies to identify the areas of realignment. Brooke takes people on a journey through a clear vision and measurable improvements to drive accountability and embed positive workplace solutions.

She leverages off her magnetic approach to influence and coach leaders during individual and team growth.

Some things you should know about Brooke: She loves water skiing, playing and coaching netball and spending time with her family.

Jodie Moylan

Culture & Leadership Partner

Jodie has over 12 years experience in People and Culture. She has a Bachelor of Business with majors in Employment Relations and Human Resources.

Jodie’s passion is creating partnerships with energy, empathy and transparency. Jodie brings her diverse expertise in Industrial Relations to ensure workplace compliance is reviewed and implemented with a laser focus on the detail.

Jodie navigates people solutions through a structured and pragmatic approach. She confidently maps operational frameworks to strategic direction to bring clarity and accountability to roles. Jodie believes creating meaningful purpose within individual roles drives employee engagement.

She passionately coaches individuals to continually develop their leadership capability through being inclusive, brave and compassionate. Jodie specialises in supporting the development of career pathways to accelerate individual and team growth.

Some things to know about Jodie: She loves trying out all of the various Hunter Valley wineries and restaurants. Jodie and her husband often get away exploring on their sidecar motorbike!
