Where it all began...

Jessie Grace was founded in 2022 to deliver bespoke, premium support for heavy industry businesses in the hunter and beyond

Since opening our doors, we’ve partnered with leaders across mining, manufacturing, and trades to tackle their most complex people challenges. Our approach blends deep industrial relations expertise with a practical understanding of how heavy industry works day to day to balance the needs to deliver workplace compliance whilst also fostering a strong workplace culture.
